Some good years back as a certified engineer i was part of a team to review the qualification, competency and then approve from a pool of contractors the few most qualified ones for a premium renovation work. mega labourers though not part of the finally shortlisted, came in at the last minute. they were given a fair hearing. it was a good decision till date. daFixas app wont score less!
