My area of expertise has been established over the last 18 years specifically in Sales, Negotiations, Customer relationships & Partnership management. My unique ability to manage stakeholders, identify revenue streams and maximize capital has made me a point person for both employers and customers in the real estate sector. My experience spans different industries (Food & Beverage, Aviation and Real Estate; it also cuts across functions (Marketing, Brand development, Sales, Customer relations, Key account management and Project strategy) I have been able to complete transactions worth over $50 million during this time. At the onset of my career as a relationship manager in the aviation sector, I was responsible for ensuring customer loyalty and retention in about 30 companies with more than 5,000 headcounts through proactive and prompt complaint resolution. I also performed sales duties and increased annual sales by 50% by establishing more than 20 new accounts, earning a combined profit of over 50 million naira ($750,000) in the year 2005. I served in different capacities such as secretary, administrative and HR personnel & customer service executive. This customer relationship and other skillsets are responsible for my transition into the real estate sector where I joined ARM Properties and began the sales of the best and biggest golf estate (Lakowe Lakes) in West Africa. ARM Properties had an extensive real estate portfolio valued in excess of $650m (N103B) as at 2017. I have in the last 10 years served in various leadership roles in leading real estate companies ranging from my role as Client Services Manager at Launi Properties, Sales Manager at ARM Financial Advisers and most recently the General Manager Sales & Marketing at Design Union Ltd. Where I led and managed the business development and research unit with 10+ subordinates from the marketing, sales, and graphics design unit reporting to me. As the head of business strategy, I conducted market research to understand the competition, opportunities and translate the client business objectives into a business intelligence strategy. I executed and led product development & marketing campaigns for the firm. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Calabar, Cross River state, Nigeria. Aside from my experience in relationship management, branding, marketing and sales, I am passionate about youth mentorship and empowerment. I am very keen on using my knowledge by voluntarily giving advice to students and young adults needing mentorship and training in my area of expertise. When I am not busy managing stakeholders and driving profitability and strategy in the real estate sector or pursuing my passion project volunteering, I love to spend time with family preparing mouthwatering delicacies.
